Shoot, there goes my plan.

It seems that if you were counting on a tinfoil hat to protect you from little green men or big brother you are in trouble.

"A study at MIT has found that aluminum foil headwear ("Among a fringe community of paranoids..the protective measure of choice against invasive radio signals") actually amplifies certain frequency bands allocated to the US government, as well as a mobile phone range, and is largely ineffective through the rest of the radio spectrum. But we can we trust the study, or are They controlling the researchers?"

Oh well, back to the drawing board.

Oh and please don't start confusing me with this guy

edit: a follow-up sent by my co-worker Dieter:

FYI again:

The invasive radio signals are a secondary concern. More importantly, the AFDB (Aluminum Foil Deflector Beanie) can shield against anti-psychotronic carriers.

We should also consider shielding our workspaces; see attached.

You know you have a good job when you spend time setting up for a picture and mailing to all your sales reps. Have you seen that Monster.ca comercial about a good boss. Mine laughed when he saw this picture.
If you want the whole story you'll have to ask me.... but it was fun.
(That's $4000.00 office chair just in case you're wondering.... and a $3400.00 plant holder
